License & rights

Every wallpaper here is by @huynguyn439, who keeps the copyright. When you download one — free or paid — you get a personal-use license. Here's what that means in plain language.

Personal use

INCLUDED WITH EVERY DOWNLOAD

  • Set it as the wallpaper, lock screen or background on any device you own
  • Use it across all your devices — phone, laptop, desktop, tablet, TV
  • Crop, resize or recolor it for your own screens
  • Print one copy for your own wall, not for sale
  • Show it in your own streams, videos or screenshots where it appears incidentally (e.g. your desktop is visible)

You may not

  • Re-upload, share or redistribute the file — paid or free — on wallpaper sites, Discord, Drive links, etc.
  • Sell it, or sell anything with it on (prints, merch, phone cases, NFTs)
  • Use it in ads, product listings, thumbnails or branding
  • Use it to train AI models or as input for AI-generated derivatives
  • Remove signatures or claim it as your own work

Commercial use

SEPARATE LICENSE REQUIRED

Anything that makes money or promotes a business or product is commercial use. That includes:

  • Printing on products for sale (posters, apparel, cases)
  • Ads, marketing, packaging or store displays
  • Game, app or website assets
  • Album, book or video covers and thumbnails
  • Backgrounds in sponsored or monetized content where the art is the focus

Commercial licenses are quoted per project (scope, run size, duration). Contact the artist with what you have in mind — a real store would link a form or email here.

Free vs paid downloads

Free and paid tiers carry exactly the same personal-use license. Paying buys a higher resolution and supports the artist — not extra rights.

Credit

Not required for personal use, but always appreciated: “Art by huynguyn439 (@huynguyn439)”.

Fan art & requests

Some pieces are fan art of characters owned by others (for example League of Legends, owned by Riot Games). Fan art is credited to its artist, always free and never sold — Riot's fan-content policy allows sharing but not selling it. The store isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders. Only original designs are sold.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, sales are usually final — but if a file is broken or not what was described, the artist will make it right.
